Damn fine coffee! Maybe it's my taste buds, but I'm picking up pepper notes!? Whatever it is, it's smooth and delicious! Very fresh too. I've only used it in the K-Cup so far. I'm going to get out the french press tomorrow, that's going to be a game changer! Thanks to all the first responders, and troops that had a hand in making my mornings!
Rich, not bitter. Delicious. 👍
Tried this as soon as I got it. Has a beautiful aroma that fills the entire house. The flavor is dark bold and absolutely perfectly complex. This will be my go to coffee from now on!
My story is a little different, but it should be told. So, here it goes. I got a bag and I was going to wait till the morning to try it out.
So, this story starts with a brownie my Nana made, yeah my Nana still makes me brownies, and a half glass of milk. I sat down and was about to take a bite then I was like heck with it. I'll brew up some MOAB and see how good it is. So, I made cup of some strong dark freedom necktor, aka MOAB, and took a sip and was hooked. To the coffee was good black, no sugar either, so I know it was good stuff!! So, good I only ate half my brownie and sipped on that coffee instead.
I was so happy about it that my curiosity was intrigued how well the coffee might pair with a cigar. So, I lit up a cigar in conjunction with the coffee and wasn't disappointed. MOAB pairs well with sweets and cigars.
